What book are you reading? Perfect Pitch
Website you could not live a day without visiting? Barclays Stockbrookers – bloody addictive and I blame Gordon Gheko/ Wall Street.
Best invention? The potato cannon – does what is says on the tin. Look it up on youtube and perhaps you’ll agree? Do we ever grow up?	2 ears, 1 mouth – use proportunately – I’m too much of a chatterbox and always need to remind myself of this!     James Rook
What are your favourite and least favourite parts of the exhibition industry? The creativity and tangible nature of the medium versus others. Too many standardized features and practices – shell schemes, seminar theatre’s etc….. and lazy briefs with no real thought to engagement – I like challenging the status quo and developing briefs beyond just another piece of branded architecture.
What do you think about the pending closure of Earls Court as an Exhibition Venue? Sad to see it go – one of London’s icons and like it’s West London location; that said, modern purpose built facilities are better if you just consider the “exhibiting bit” in isolation.
GMTV or BBC News? BBC news. GMTV assumes it’s a “good morning” and where news is concerned, generally it isn’t!
Biggest phobia? Jellied Eels – Strawberry Jelly Yes, but Eels – Really?
What kind of theme park ride would you be? Wavy mirror thingy – I like changing perspectives and that new “Fat Your Face” App on the Iphone.
Best show you have visited? Ski Show for fun features & Euroshop for ideas.
Which newspaper do you read? Freebies – Metro & City AM, then the Times or Independent if I’ve time, typically a long train ride or flight.
If you could launch any exhibition or show, what would you launch? Can’t say – I’ve something in mind which I can’t share yet – I think there are lots of opportunities left in both B2C and B2B.
